Our road trip around the south and the south west of W.A!

Driving through Pemberton we continued to spend the night in Augusta before we took off to Margret river.

Cape Leeuwin, 5 km outside Augusta. The Indian Ocean meets the Southern Ocean and Blackwood river rolls into the sea. See the light house in the background? This is the most southwesterly point in Australia.

Hamelin Bay. You are likely to spot stingrays right by the beach here!

Hmm...Lets see if I can lure this stingray closer... Beautiful and peaceful it looks like they are flying in the water, great experience to see them up close. Next time we have to dive with them!

On our way back we passed Yallingup (the small village we spent a weekend in with friends last month). Stopping at the Venison shop to by some great salami, the house dog did everything to get a bite of it!

Favorit i repris: Prevelly beach!

Great road trip, we will happily show this area to any friends or family who will visit us!

Tomorrow we're on the road again, together with Louise, Richard and Elise. This time to see the central midlands and the pinnacles (limestone pillars) in Pinnacles Desert. Cervantes, here we come!
