Christmas spinning!

Extra hard cycle class at the gym today. Two instructors and lots of decorations. After this we are ready for "Julbord"!
Ps: Mr Quinten; We have to say that we miss your pep talk: MEERA MOOOTSTAND! the instructors here yells: "PUUUSH"!!! and it's just not quite the same :).
