Melbourne cup day!

Karin invited me to Tracy's house to watch Melbourne cup. We dressed up, had drinks and food and placed bets on the horses in the race...

 ...And off they go! Unfortunately I didn´t see my horse and Karin's horse never showed up at the start line. The horse that we had together got tired after a few meters and didn´t win either. But It was a fun experience anyway :)

Mingling moms

In Australia you "bring a plate" when you´re invited to a party/BBQ. In that way everyone contributes to the buffé and you get to taste new dishes and get new recipes, I like!
